Beach Cafe, West Wittering : Great cafe on the UK’s best beach. Wonderful breakfast, excellent coffee, all done with excellent service and at a good price too. Revisited June 22nd 2024: still good, great breakfast, friendly, helpful, a lovely way to start a day at the superb beach.
What a great cafe! I have pretty low expectations for beach front restaurants with a monopoly but our breakfast was excellent quality, well prepared and came out quickly. The staff were lovely and the place was clean and tidy despite everyone shaking sand on the floor like The Great Escape.
West Wittering Beach Cafe was a delightful experience ! The food was delicious, especially the hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and marshmallows. I loved the convenience of paying for parking directly from the menu using the QR code. It was a perfect day out !

Lunch meals very good presentation and taste, Turkish eggs, yummy. Lovely views for miles on clear day. Was there in April, high Summer could be very hectic! Staff efficient.
Service was lovely.. VERY quick and friendly.. the food was amazing.. can honestly say the best Mac and cheese I have ever had.. I would highly recommend !
The West Wittering Beach Cafe has moved into a new modern building next to where the old one used to be. I have tried to tell Google Maps but they won't identify it on the map which shows the new semi circular restaurant being built near the old estate cafe building which is now demolished. The new curved restaurant is excellent with a good vibe and plenty of tables inside plus some outside. The menu is very good with breakfasts till 11.00 then a lunch menu with gluten free options. Freindly staff told me about its history so disregard any pictures and reviews of the old fish and chip hut, the new cafe is excellent and open for business but they don't sell alcohol. Hopefully Google Maps will sort out the mess and recognise the new cafe building.
